General Secretary Xi Jinping‘s concept that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" has become deeply rooted in people‘s hearts. It reveals the dialectical unity between economic development and environmental protection and provides powerful theoretical guidance for advancing China‘s ecological civilization.

In response to the growing challenges of global climate change, China has adopted stronger policies and measures, committing to peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and striving to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. This fully demonstrates China‘s firm resolve and sense of responsibility in pursuing green development and addressing climate change.


A new mission calls for new actions, new development drives new trends, and new initiatives showcase new strength. We plan to establish a "Smart Energy" park within the factory, integrating photovoltaic (PV), energy storage, and EV charging systems. This project will lay a solid foundation for green and sustainable development.

The planned construction scale of the PV–storage–charging project is as follows:






The overall system structure is shown in the diagram. The energy storage converter, lithium battery stacks, isolation transformer, and energy management system (EMS) are all housed within a standard container. The container is also equipped with a fire protection system and a security system for enhanced safety and operational reliability.





The Smart Energy System for PV–Storage–Charging

The PV–storage–charging smart energy system utilizes an Energy Management System (EMS) to monitor and manage energy flows within the park. EMS collects real-time data from sensors, smart meters, and acquisition terminals to monitor electricity generation, storage, and consumption across PV modules, energy storage systems, and loads.

It enables independent control of generation, storage, and consumption, ensuring coordinated and stable operation of the system. This maximizes energy efficiency and prioritizes the use of clean renewable energy.


Typical Functions of the PV–Storage–Charging Smart Energy System

  • ▌ Converts solar energy into sustainable green electricity

  • ▌ Performs peak shaving and valley filling, leveraging time-of-use pricing for economic benefits

  • ▌ Acts as an emergency backup during grid outages to ensure continuous factory production

  • ▌ Provides reactive power compensation, improves power factor, and reduces system losses

  • EV chargers supply clean power to electric vehicles


Core System Components and Functional Features

(1) Photovoltaic Power Generation System

High-efficiency monocrystalline solar panels convert sunlight into DC power, which is fed into the DHSP3GC-75KW smart inverter. The inverter converts DC to AC power, which is then connected to the main grid.

(2) Electrochemical Energy Storage System

The energy storage system mainly consists of lithium battery stacks, a DHPCS-630KTL energy storage converter (PCS), and a secondary control system.

  • The lithium battery stacks serve as the core energy storage medium and form the foundation of the entire storage system.

  • The Power Conversion System (PCS), composed of power units, filters, switching devices, and control systems, is the key interface between the AC and DC sides. It manages the charging and discharging of the batteries.

  • The secondary control system, which includes the Battery Management System (BMS) embedded in the battery stacks and the PCS control unit, enables intelligent control of the charge/discharge processes of the battery system.

(3) Smart EV Charging Pile

The EV charging pile consists mainly of an electrical unit and a metering module.
The electrical unit includes the AC/DC conversion unit, charging outlet, cable terminal block, and safety protection devices.

Users can input the desired charging volume or amount via the keypad on the charging pile, and schedule charging time—typically during off-peak nighttime hours to reduce electricity costs and grid load.


(4) Energy Management System (EMS)

The EMS is responsible for monitoring and dispatching local power loads and energy resources to maintain a basic balance between energy generation and consumption. It enables flexible interaction with the public grid while allowing relatively independent operation when needed.

The system prioritizes the use of renewable energy and mitigates the impact of EV charging on the power grid. In terms of energy consumption, it supports direct charging of EV batteries using stored energy, improving overall energy conversion efficiency.




Monitoring Interface


Under normal conditions, the photovoltaic (PV) system generates green electricity during the day, which is fed into the 400V grid busbar to supply local EV charging stations, power equipment, and lighting loads.

The energy storage system absorbs low-cost off-peak electricity at night and discharges power during daytime peak periods, effectively achieving peak shaving and valley filling, resulting in significant economic benefits.

In special circumstances:

  • If a daytime grid outage occurs, the PV system can continue to power local loads.

  • If a nighttime grid outage occurs, the energy storage system can supply the required electricity to local loads.
    This ensures that the company‘s park functions as a "non-stop power" smart energy campus.


The PV–storage–charging system delivers an annual discharge of 180,000 kWh and annual power generation of 30,000 kWh, saving approximately 12 tons of standard coal per year and reducing CO₂ emissions by 30 tons, along with associated reductions in SO₂, dust, and NOₓ emissions—demonstrating significant environmental and social benefits.

The establishment of this smart energy park lays a solid foundation for supporting carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, and marks an important step toward the company’s high-quality, sustainable development.
