The MLS series digital intelligent switchgear is a factory-built assembly (FBA) modular switchgear system constructed using standardized components. Its technology has reached an internationally advanced level.
This switchgear is suitable for power distribution and control in power plants, substations, petrochemical plants, metallurgy and steel industries, transportation and energy, light industries, textile plants, residential communities, and high-rise buildings. It operates in AC power systems with a frequency of 50–60Hz and a rated working voltage of 660V and below. The system complies with national standards GB72511 Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies and JB/T9961 Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear assemblies, as well as international standards IEC439-1 and VDE0660 Part 5.
Ambient temperature: Not higher than +40°C, not lower than -5°C; the 24-hour average shall not exceed +35°C
Humidity: Clean air; max 50% relative humidity at +40°C; higher humidity allowed at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20°C). Occasional condensation may occur due to temperature changes
Altitude: Not exceeding 2000 meters
Transport and storage temperature: -25°C to +55°C; short-term exposure (≤24h) allowed up to +70°C without permanent damage
Special conditions: If operating conditions differ from those listed, the user and manufacturer must agree on adjustments
For offshore platforms and nuclear power applications, a separate technical agreement must be signed
