The Vni(XGN)□-12 series SF₆ gas-insulated RMU features a high-quality 3mm thick stainless steel gas tank. The stainless steel sheets are precisely laser-cut and automatically welded by robotic arms, ensuring excellent gas tightness. The gas tank is filled with SF₆ gas and undergoes simultaneous vacuuming and leakage detection. Key switching components such as load switches, earthing switches, fuse barrels, and busbars are fully sealed inside the tank, which achieves a protection rating of IP67.
Immune to external environmental factors: resistant to condensation, frost, salt spray, pollution, corrosion, UV radiation, and chemicals.
All live and switching components are fully sealed in an SF₆-filled stainless steel enclosure, delivering a compact, lightweight, and fully insulated system.
Modular design: customizable configurations to support various circuit schemes.
Silicone rubber connectors for flexible plug-in of HV components and cabinet expansion.
Fully shielded cable entry and exit; vacuum circuit breaker options available.
