Overview
The XCN500-12 air-insulated switchgear (rail transit type) is a new generation of compact and modular 12kV electrical switchgear for 3-phase AC 50Hz systems, designed for single busbar and single busbar sectionalized systems. It is ideal for power reception and distribution in both industrial and residential applications and especially suited for secondary substations, ring main units, cable branch boxes, prefabricated substations, and public infrastructure such as metro stations, tunnels, railways, wind power, and hospitals.
This product features a compact structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking, and easy installation. By integrating sensing technology, intelligent control, and digital communication, the XCN500-12 meets modern grid automation demands.
The switchgear complies with relevant national, industrial, and international standards. It utilizes a spring-operated mechanism with mechanical lifespan over 10,000 operations.
