MLS Wall-Mounted Distribution Box
Overview
The MLS distribution box is one of FaTeng Electric’s low-voltage power distribution products. It is widely used in substations, factories, industrial and mining enterprises, and civil buildings for AC 50Hz low-voltage distribution systems with a rated working voltage of 380V and rated current up to 250A.
FaTeng’s MLT1.0 distribution boxes comply with international and national standards, including IEC 439-1 Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies and GB7251.3-2006. The company’s complete low-voltage assemblies are certified with the China Compulsory Certification (CCC).
Product Features
The MLS distribution box features a simple and reliable design, comprising switches, enclosure, door, brackets, neutral bar, PE grounding bar, insulated wires, etc.
The cabinet is indoor-type, fully enclosed, with a frame assembled from dedicated profiles and 1.5mm cold-rolled steel panels, providing light weight and high structural strength
Incoming and outgoing wiring: top entry and bottom exit for convenient power line routing
Includes a TMY-5mm×30mm copper grounding bar; the door is connected to the PE point using multi-strand braided copper wire, forming a continuous protective ground circuit throughout the enclosure
Cabinet surface is treated with epoxy powder electrostatic spraying for uniform appearance and enhanced anti-corrosion performance; interior structural parts are zinc-coated for additional corrosion resistance
