XQJ Cable Tray System
Overview
The XQJ series cable tray system is designed for the installation of power cables (with voltage up to 12kV), control cables, and lighting wiring. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor overhead cable trenches and tunnel installations.
Model Designation and Meaning
Indicates the specification or model number (in Arabic numerals), representing category or type (in Arabic numerals combined with English letters);
The capitalized initial letter of the Chinese Pinyin denotes the tray type:
T = Ladder Type
P = Trough (Tray) Type
C = Channel (Solid Bottom) Type
ZH = Combined Type
Represents the structural form;
Indicates the cable tray series.
Cable Arrangement in Cable Trays
The recommended cable arrangement within trays follows a hierarchical layout:
Top layer: Weak-current control cables
Middle layers: General control cables, followed by low-voltage power cables
Bottom layer: High-voltage power cables
This configuration minimizes electromagnetic interference, improves heat dissipation of power cables, and facilitates construction.

Power Cables: ≥ 300mm
Mechanized Cable Installation: ≥ 400mm
